How It Works
Each session is designed to release tight muscles, improve mobility, and calm the nervous system. We’ll combine techniques in a structured flow to help you feel lighter, more mobile, and deeply relaxed.
- Targeted muscle release with massage gun
- Assisted static stretching
- PNF techniques for deeper gains
- Guided breathing to down-regulate and restore
- For recovery, or for stress management (once per week)
Sessions are done in person, either in the gym or at your home, depending on your preference and schedule.
When is this session useful?
- On a separate day (active recovery session)
- Hours away from training
- For people with serious mobility/flexibility limitations
